Lookit What the Mailman Brought Me...

I have been full-on lusting after this perfume for a year. I'd visit it on Sephora every few weeks or so just to see how she was doing. I just could never bring myself to actually order it... perfume is expensive!
When it comes to scents, I am also extraordinarily picky - I really appreciate a "polite" perfume. You know - so many perfumes overwhelm a room, you can smell them from a mile away - they irritate your nose. No, thank you. I have a HUGE fear of being one of those people that others get annoyed because they have perfume on. There are a couple people that I encounter on a regular basis that feel a need to take a shower in their cologne. Sigh.
I am terrified of accidentally being one of those people with the rude perfume! Little Miss Dior will be a Saturday night occurence only, so this bottle should last me, oh, for a good year or twenty.
Do you have a favorite perfume? Do tell!

I love (polite) perfume but so many of them make me sneeze, since I'm allergic to everything on the planet. I love Fresh's Hesperides, which smells like grapefruit and lemon. I'd love to find one that combined vanilla + citrus...with topnotes of cupcake frosting.
Well, Hi! (i felt like introducing, since this is the first time i comment here, but not the first i visit!! i follow you from WBee and i love your sense of humor! hope this doesn't sound creepy!)
Miss Dior Chérie it's great! i love its sweet but not overwhelming scent! my favorite perfume ever is Lolita Lempicka, i found it like 5 years ago and i'm happy i did, 'cause i always receive great compliments about it! oh, and i also only use it for special events!!
Now I want to go out and give this perfume a sniff to see what the fuss is all about! My favorite has been Pink Sugar by Aquolina for a few years now. It's very candy-sweet smelling, but it isn't too strong (at least I hope lol).
