Welcome to Pantomime Papers.  I'm Penny!  I am thirty years old and relatively healthy.  I am addicted to soda, but I am training myself to switch to La Croix.

Said switch isn't going so well.

I love to read, write, blog, travel, cook, and then take silly photos of all of the above.  My nose is out to get me, armed with allergies that are truly demonic.  Multiple therapy sessions have taught me to accept the fact that my eternal nasal drip is, in fact, not at all personal and just a cruel twist of nature.

I grew up in Texas, but moved to Chicago for my BFA.  I live in a lovely apartment that I rent on Chicago's North Side. Cubs rule; Sox drool. Well not really, but my friends are diehard Cubs fans so I must fall in line or face certain loneliness. No seriously, they mean business. I do have one friend that is a Diamondbacks fan, but we just never speak of it.

Having been raised in Texas, I do everything up big.  I am from a family of 22 kids, from all corners of the globe.  For this reason, blogs about adoption and special needs may pop up here from time to time.  These issues are extremely near and dear to my heart.
